We are planning for a target opening date of March 1. Information will begin publishing in advance to keep guests informed.

What is the Day Use fee?
Day Use is $55 per day, regardless of boat size.

What is the Overnight Use fee?
Overnight dockage is $110 per night.

What are the Month-to-Month or Yearly dockage rates?
Month-to-Month and Yearly dockage is $20 per linear foot per month.
Month-to-Month dockage is especially beneficial during the off-season.

Do boaters have access to water?
Yes, water access is available.
Note: Hoses are not provided.

Do boaters have access to electricity?
Yes, shore power is available.

Is fuel available at the marina?
No, fuel is not available on-site.

Does the marina have a boat ramp?
Yes, the marina has a ramp and is ADA accessible.

Can marina guests use the hotel pool and fitness center?
Yes, Month-to-Month marina guests receive complimentary access to the hotel pool and fitness center.
Day Use and Overnight guests do not have access.

Can marina guests stay at the hotel?
Yes. Month-to-Month marina guests will be eligible for a special marina room rate, which will be created by the hotel’s revenue team.
Other guests should book directly through the hotel website.

Where do marina guests check in or register?
All marina guests must check in at the Hotel Front Desk.

Can marina guests park at the hotel?
Yes.

• Same-day visits: Self-parking is permitted.

• Overnight stays: Valet parking is required if guests expect to be away overnight.

Where should marina guests take pets for relief?
Pets should be taken to the South Lawn or the River Trail.

Are marina guests required to follow specific rules?
Yes. All tenants and marina guests must comply with marina rules, including:

• Safe and courteous boating practices at all times

• Proper use of shore power, water, and dock facilities

• No hazardous activities, open flames, or improper fueling at the docks

• No fishing and no alcohol consumption on the docks

• Pets must be leashed and attended at all times

• Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
