Peak Season: The Ultimate River Summer

May 1 – September 30 This is when the river truly comes alive. With direct access to Scott’s Seafood on the River and the Westin’s outdoor pool, our slips fill up fast.

• Pro Tip: Our 30% allocation for Day and Overnight use vanishes quickly on holiday weekends. We highly recommend securing your Peak Season dates via Dockwa at least 30 days in advance.

The Quiet Season: Serenity & Storage

October 1 – April 30 Experience the river at its most tranquil. While the pace slows down, our commitment to service doesn't. This is the ideal time for month-to-month tenants to secure a "home port" and enjoy preferred access to Spa La Lune during the crisp autumn and spring months.

• Day Use: $55 flat fee

• Overnight Use: $110

• Month-to-Month: $20 per linear foot, per month

• Power & Water: Each slip is equipped with reliable shore power and fresh water access.

  • Note: Please bring your own marine-grade hoses and power cords for hookup.

• Fueling Information: While we do not offer on-site fueling, our Dockmaster can provide directions to the nearest riverfront fuel docks to keep your voyage on track.

• ADA-Compliant Design: We are proud to offer a fully accessible marina environment, including ADA-compliant ramps and dock access to ensure the river is open to everyone.

• Private Boat Ramp: Enjoy the convenience of our on-site ramp for easy launching and retrieval of your vessel.

We know your "First Mate" needs a break, too. Little Sitka is a pet-friendly marina.

• Relief Areas: Please utilize the beautiful South Lawn or the scenic River Trail for pet walks. We provide waste stations in these areas to help keep our riverfront pristine.
